This is a 2000 baud BASIC program for use with a Bally Astrocade and Astrobasic. This version was released on a 300 baud tape for Bally BASIC. Using Dave Ibach's Cartridge Swapping routine (Arcadian, Vol. 4, page 46) it has been converted to 2000 baud format. This programming utility converts a hex number to the decimal number needed to be poked into BASIC when writing machine language or creating graphics.
